Welcome to the website of the MasterIntroduction 2007. On the 3rd, 4th and 5th of September study association A-Eskwadraat will be organizing this event for the second time, with the goal to break the ice between you and your fellow students for the coming study year. In order to achieve this, we have set up an interesting and above all, fun program in which you have plenty time to get acquainted with your fellow (domestic Dutch and international) students!
During this three-day long introduction you will be subdivided into groups of around 12 to 15 students with two other students - cleverly called 'Guides'- guiding you around. You will see a lot of the Utrecht University campus and of course the city of Utrecht itself, including the famous 'Domtoren', the biggest church spire in the Netherlands. Furthermore your guides will tell you a lot of little facts when we will take a tour around the city centre. To keep you fit, we also included a sports tournament into the program, and of course we will end the introduction with a spectacular party!
Signing up for the MasterIntroduction is completely free (apart from the evening drinks of course :) ) and recommendable for all new masterstudents (even if you did your bachelor at the UU!). It is the perfect opportunity to familiarize yourself with the coziness and beauty of Utrecht, and for our international students to get a good idea of how things are and go in the Netherlands and Utrecht especially. And of course, to get to know your fellow students with whom you will spend your master program!
