The department

The Real Estate Management department provides high-quality software solutions and advice on the intersection of Real Estate and Finance. Our services focus on letting real estate owners and real estate managers make better decisions and we offer support in the valuation of real estate. We operate in the real estate market and focus primarily on housing associations, Dutch government, municipalities, taxation agencies and national organizations. Our software solutions are embedded with knowledge about real estate, finance and econometrics, which is accessible to our clients in a user-friendly manner. With a growing number of advisors and programmers (over 40), we are always trying to respond to the latest events and client needs, and we maintain positive and long-term client relations. With this strong team and our valuable real estate solutions we aim to grow our services in the coming years, both in existing and new real estate markets domestically and internationally.

 

The position

As Junior Consultant you are part of a team and work closely together with various colleague in executing projects. You support our clients with the valuation of their real estate and financial simulations. You present the results of analyses together with an experienced consultant to the management our clients. You also answer general and technical questions of our clients and train users of our systems. In other words, you contribute to financial analyses, drawing up proposals and facilitating client presentations and training. You will work for and with a broad group of clients and with each project your tasks and responsibilities change, thus bringing great variety to this job.

 

Requirements

You completed a university degree in a quantitative field. You also have affinity with financial topics and are interested in (the social relevance of) the real estate market.

 

You also possess:

  • a conceptual mind-set and good analytical skills;

  • a studious and ambitious attitude;

  • affinity with numbers;

  • good communication skills, verbally and written, in both the Dutch and the English language.

 

Finally, you work accurately, have some experience of working in projects and able to function well both independently and in a team.
